– The FINIS Slide Dryland Trainer is designed to provide swimmers with exercises that mimic the entire swim stroke cycle with consistent resistance. The FINIS Slide Dryland Trainer attach the cord to two different points on a chain-link fence (or similar) to add variety and different angles to your strength and conditioning training. The two rotating handles allow swimmers to practice hand and forearm positioning without cord interference or overloading.

Care And Maintenance:
Store inwards and away from ultraviolet rays. If a chalky texture appears on the tubing, apply rubber treatment to protect the surface from further degradation. Inspect the tubing regularly for crack, tears or other damage
Caution:
Dryland Cord should be used only with adult supervision. Do not pull the tubing more than 3 times the original length as it may exceed the elastic limit. Keep tubing away from the face and never release tubing when it is under tension. Take care not to stretch the cords where it may strike others. Do not use the cord if cracked, torn or damaged.
